Products


All products sold by Marocano are made to order. As a result, slight variations in color, print placement, and appearance may occur between the product images displayed on our website and the final product received.


Pricing


All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.


We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.


Orders


Once an order is placed, production begins shortly thereafter. Therefore, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or changed once they have entered production.


Marocano reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these terms.


Payment


Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and produced.


We accept secure payments through the payment methods available at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery


Estimated shipping times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.


Marocano is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds


Because all products are custom-made and produced on demand, all sales are final.


We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:


  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Customer preference
  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer


Refunds or replacements are only available if the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from the item ordered.


Any issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery and accompanied by clear photographic evidence.


Intellectual Property


All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, photographs, and content displayed on the Marocano website remain the exclusive property of Marocano.


Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marocano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
