Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Ordering the wrong item
- Accidental purchases

Refunds
Refunds are only available if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect compared to the order placed
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be approved.
Replacement Policy
When a claim is approved, Marocano may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
The resolution will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Size issues caused by incorrect selection
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen settings or printing processes

Final Sale
All Marocano products are made on demand and are therefore considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
