Every product is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our items are custom-made, production begins shortly after purchase to ensure the highest quality possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 2–4 business days
  • Canada: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 2–12 business days
  • Rest of the World: 4–17 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking is available.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all Marocano products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Change of mind
  • Customer preference
  • Ordering errors made by the customer

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Marocano is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
